(National Standard Broad Spectrum) Corrosion and Scale Inhibitor AK-700

I. Performance and Uses

▲ AK-700 is mainly composed of special surfactants, high-efficiency dispersants, and corrosion inhibitors, suitable for systems using ordinary water as a cooling medium;

▲ AK-700 is a mixed-type corrosion inhibitor that primarily functions by inhibiting metal polarization to prevent corrosion;

▲ AK-700 does not contain toxic substances such as nitrites or chromates, making it environmentally friendly;

▲ Under normal use, the corrosion rate of carbon steel with AK-700 is far below the national standard;

▲ It meets standards for corrosion inhibition even in corrosive water with chloride ions above 300mg/L and high calcium and magnesium content, with excellent scale inhibition performance.

III. Usage Method

▲ Add the daily required amount of corrosion and scale inhibitor AK-700 into a plastic dosing barrel (or tank);

▲ For ease of use, it can be diluted with soft water and then continuously added at the inlet of the circulation pump (i.e., the outlet of the collection pool) using a dosing pump or by adjusting the valve;

▲ The dosing concentration is generally 20-50mg/L (based on the make-up water volume).

IV. Packaging and Storage

※ Corrosion and scale inhibitor AK-700 is packaged in plastic barrels, 25kg per barrel or as required by the user;

※ Store in a cool place with a shelf life of twelve months.

V. Safety and Protection
Corrosion and scale inhibitor AK-700 is weakly acidic. Pay attention to labor protection during operation, avoid contact with skin and eyes, and rinse thoroughly with plenty of water if contact occurs.
